- Good: sustainable produce, great customer service, beautiful mala
- Bad: tassel feels a little loose
I’d take the word “Premium” with a pinch of salt here given that some meditation mala necklaces cost hundreds of dollars. However, for a reasonable price this is probably the best mala necklace on Amazon that I’ve seen.
It’s made of Lapis Lazuli and Rudraksha beads The former stimulates the intellect while the latter enhances relaxation and inner peace.
One of the nice touches of this mala is that it is produced sustainably and no trees are lost in the product, which will be important to most yogis [read: the best recyclable yoga products].

Where To Buy Malas Locally
If you don’t like to buy malas online, you might be wondering just where exactly there are mala for sale nearby where you live.
Most big cities will have at least a couple of yoga stores or mindfulness stores where you can find meditation malas, often ones that are made by locals—always nice to support the community.
Bear in mind that the quality of malas sold locally can vary tremendously. Unlike when you buy malas online, there are no reviews in the stores so you are really left on your own to decide whether a mala is any good or not—and unlike Amazon, some local mala shops don’t often returns.
I personally prefer to buy malas online from vendors I know and trust.
