Hi friends, I’m private meditation coach Paul Harrison.
My passion is to teach you to harness the power of you mind through meditation.
My own journey with meditation started over twenty years ago. I was suffering from clinical anxiety and depression. At the time, the only thing that made me feel optimistic, even excited, was that I knew that my problem was caused by my mind. And if my mind created my problem, then it could solve it too.
And so, I learned meditation. I have studied meditation for more than twenty years, starting at Oxford and then continuing my studies in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
I found answers to my biggest questions in life, and solved my hardest problems. I overcame my anxiety and depression. And so, I decided to teach others, starting with my family and friends, and then creating THE DAILY MEDITATION online meditation studio.
Today, I am known around the world as a private meditation coach. I’ve published four books on meditation. And I’ve been featured in more than 30 publications, including HealthLine, Psychology Today, Better Homes & Gardens, Thrive Global, Lion’s Roar, Well + Good, and Belief.net.
