Britney Spears Yoga: She Offers Daily Poses, Gets Hate, Fires Back

Britney Spears’ yoga poses on Instagram have been blowing up online recently. It started with Britney offering a daily yoga pose for followers to do to help them reax during COVID-19. Haters then fired shots at her. And she’s now retaliated.

Britney Spears has never been short of haters. We can all remember the “Leave her alone… Just leave her alone!!!” Youtube video that one fan uploaded when Britney was being hated on years back.

Haters Hating On Britney Spears’ Yoga Poses

It all started with Britney’s Spears’ yoga poses. She started  uploading photos of herself doing yoga, which she now offers daily, recommending fans to do her poses to help stop COVID-19 stress. Photos featured Britney in bikinis and with her boyfriend Sam Asghari.

The yoga photos didn’t exactly win people over. A lot of people hated on Britney for them. And no Britney is firing back.

Spears posted an image saying, “Nobody watches you harder than the people that can’t stand you.”

Weirdly, the haters were mostly hating on her because, as they said, she keeps taking pictures with the same background and the wearing the same white bathing suit (pretty stupid reason to hate on someone).

Britney said, “For me I get really excited about my posts …. and I like to share them with you all !!!! I’ve never owned a white bathing suit before and I simply liked the red background !!!! Reading all of the mean comments really hurts my feelings …. and I wanted to share because you really shouldn’t be saying all of these mean things to someone you don’t even know .… this goes for bullying anyone really !!!!!!”

The comments from haters, who are all focusing on what she’s wearing and the background, are not only stupid, they are massively missing the point.

For me, the only problem I have with Britney Spears’ yoga poses is that she probably isn’t the best person in the universe to be giving yoga advice, let alone advice on how to handle COVID 10 anxiety. Ib my humble opinion, this is a serious health matter and we should only be listening to authorities. You know, doctors and such. Sounds crazy right? I don’t really need pop stars telling me what to do in COVID-19. I want the best healthcare advice possible.

But. You do you. And Britney damn sure has a right to express herself in her own Insta. And the fact that she is trying to help people can only be a good thing. Like she said in another Insta post “Hard times like we are currently living through should really teach us to be nice to one another …. !!!!!! PS I saw some people were offended by me posting about horses yesterday …. I am truly sorry if I offended anyone. I think it’s important to see things that bring happiness during hard times and making light of a situation can sometimes help people !!!! I love you all …. stay safe …. and be nice !!!!!”

 Britney Spears At Least Has The Right Attitude

You have to hand it Britney. She does have the right attitude during the COVID-19 pandemic.  It’s a time to help each other out and be compassionate, not to hate one another because of some stupid sh*t on Insta.

Britney Spears’ yoga poses on Insta will continue. And I’d like to echo a point she made in a caption: “We are all dealing with the Corona virus all around the world ….. to get through this together we need to remain positive and lift each other up.” [READ: Yoga For Positivity]

Britney states that she is trying to lift people up. She said, “For inspiration for men and children and women around the world, I’m going to try to do a yoga pose and a yoga move every day on my Instagram to inspire others for us to stay healthy and sane and to be better people.” You can check it all out here on Insta.

Seriously though, haters. If you think it’s a good time to complain about sh*t like the colour of a bathing suit or the background of an Instagram photo, WE HAVE BIGGER SH*T GOING ON RIGHT NOW.

You do you Britney.

And, yeah; LEAVE HER ALONE!!!!!
