Pawtucket, United States—Hasbro just launched its “Bring Home The Fun” initiative, including lots of fun activities in mindfulness for parents and kids to do together.
The global pandemic is a challenge for all families. But one company that is fighting to make things a little better is Hasbro. The toy company has just launched its “Bring Home The Fun” initiative, which offers parents and families lots of mindfulness content, along with other freebies, to help kids play and have fun during this challenging time.
Launched today, Monday, parents and caregivers can access lots of fun and mindful content and activities via BringHometheFun.com. The content available includes mindfulness activities, games and toys to stimulate kids’ brains, and tips on coping with the stress and mental health issues associate with the global pandemic.
The are two videos on mindfulness for parents and kids (as well as caregivers) to do together.
Hasbros Cute Videos On Mindfulness For Parents And Kids
Hasbro produced two free fun little videos for kids and parents to do together. The first of which is a mindful breathing exercise for kids. The second is a based on loving kindness meditation, and is designed for adults and caregivers.
The first video is the one for kids. It’s called Serena & The Peaceful Pad. It’s a cute and relaxing mindfulness meditation for kids to do at home.
The second video is called Be Fearless Be Kind. It’s a loving kindness meditation that is designed to help produce positive emotions and to reduce anxiety. Science has shown that this is one of the best meditations for COVID-19 anxiousness.
More Cool Stuff For Parents From Hasbro
As well as the two guided meditations above, Hasbro is also providing other freebies for parents. All of their content is designed to help reduce anxiety and promote play and happiness. The content available (which you can find via the link at the top) includes challenges using NERF blasters, PLAY-DOH compounds, and content from Transformers, Power Rangers, My Little Pony and more. I’m hoping they also start putting out mindfulness toys for kids.
