1: Our Signature Workshop
The Daily Meditation Workshop is half education, half practice. Together with qualified instructor Paul Harrison, your team will experience mindfulness practices such as mindful stretching and meditative breathing while also learning how to create and follow their own meditation practice at home.
2: Illuminating Lunch ‘N’ Learn
Our Illuminating Lunch ‘N’ Learn is a fun type of mindfulness training for companies that want a more laid-back approach. Coach Paul will teach your employees the science and art of mindfulness while they eat. Our clients enjoy these because they are a convenient way to teach employees mindfulness without losing work hours.
3: Captivating Keynote Speeches
Our Captivating Keynote presentations are generally from 30 minutes to one hour. Coach Paul combines entertainment with science and motivation to create a memorable and empowering presentation. Paul comes from a background of acting and journalism and he combines these, along with his 20 years experience in meditation, to create entertaining and educational keynote speeches your team will always remember. His metaphor about the the conscious mind being a butterfly floating above the ocean is just one of many zany anecdotes you’ll get to enjoy.
4: Our Custom Designed Guided Sessions
We recommend our guided meditations for businesses that want a turnkey solution. They can be 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. We also facilitate for specific types of sessions at your request, including mantras (for relaxation), Loving Kindness (for team building), Zen (for productivity), and more.
You can take these classes on Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, or another platform of your choice, and employees can join via computer, tablet, smartphone, or cellphone.
5: Mindfulness Training for Executives
Business executives will benefit most from a series of one-to-one sessions with Paul. They get personalized coaching that is 100% catered to their individual challenges and goals, whether that be anything from stress reduction using Paul’s “compassion-based meditation therapy”, goal achieving with the “mental contrasting meditation” technique, or mindful leadership coaching.
6: 2 Week Course
Our 2-week Business Meditation Course offers a more in-depth course for companies that want their employees to get a firm grasp of the practice.
We start by covering the basics, which includes everything from mindset to posture (and don’t worry, no Lotus Position needed!). Then we cover the techniques that are most valuable in the workplace, those being Mindful Breathing for calmness, Body Scan for stress relief, Zazen for focus, and Loving Kindness and Karuna for communication and team-building.
Finally, we bring it all together in a final seminar that encourages employees to continue meditating and teaches them to incorporate the practice into their lives both at work and at home. It is the ultimate business meditation course.

Our corporate meditation classes are led by Paul Harrison, a qualified corporate meditation coach renowned for his knowledge and his ability to inspire wellness.
Paul has twenty years of experience in mindfulness. He started his training at Oxford during a stint as an actor to help him overcome generalised anxiety disorder, and then continued studying after emigrating the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada, where he now lives with his girlfriend and three beautiful cats.
