This week, we have many new live stream yoga & meditation classes, including ones from J. Balvin, Deepak Chopra, the University of California: San Diego, and American Buddhist author and meditation teacher Tara Brach.

As mindfulness and meditation continue to become ever more popular, more and more teachers are producing free classes.

Here’s what you can look forward to this week.

J. Balvin & Deepak Chopra 21 Day Free Meditation

Balvin [Columbian singer] and Deepak Chopra [author and spiritual guru] team up to produce a free 21-day meditation available in English and Spanish. It’s called “Renew Yourself: Body, Mind & Spirit”.

Balvin recently spoke about his struggles with mental health and his experience dealing with both anxiety and depression. Meditation, of course, can help with both those problems (I should know: I’ve used meditation to cure both problems).

The meditations are 20 minutes. They begin with Balvin giving “guided wisdom and storytelling” and then go into a meditation by Deepak Chopra.

The meditations are available on the Chopra website.  I’m super excited to check this one out!

Tara Brach

American author and Buddhist meditation teacher Tara Brach presents a series of live meditation and classes this month and next.

Tara Brach’s meditation classes include sessions on Satsang, awareness, meditation, and anti-racism.

Brach is without a doubt one of the best meditation teachers in the world (and a personal inspiration), so I will definitely be looking forward to this live stream.
