A specific certain position of the fingers leads to an energy state of the soul and body. Our fingers have nerve endings that have an important meaning for our bodies. Take a few finger positions to improve memory and attention. You can put your fingers in natural positions during the interview, negotiations, or exams. Here is one of the simplest finger positions. The fingertips of both hands are connected so that the little fingertips and thumbs form rings, while the other six fingers form a crest above it. It helps to improve the connection between the left and right hemispheres, find a lost idea quickly, or focus on a more extended period. Indeed, it won’t be enough if you do it several times; you should do it regularly to achieve visible results.

Meditation is the most challenging yoga practice that requires a particular concentration. You need to concentrate fully and get all the fuss out of your head. Meditation helps to harmonize the mind, get rid of too active thinking, which leads to confusion. Start practicing meditation for a short time: it is tough to stop looking through the obsessive thoughts at first, even a couple of minutes.
