Ananda’s new wellbeing series launches online to offer health and healing during lockdown.

Increasingly, health and wellbeing facilities are being moved online, and we are seeing the rise of online yoga and meditation classes. Although some countries and states are starting to lowering restrictions on health facilities like gyms and spas, many people are still uncertain about returning to their old classes. Let alone taking wellbeing retreats.

Rather than heading out to yoga studios and spas, people are preferring to take the safer route and start meditating and working out at home using online classes.  We know that meditation and yoga are enormously beneficial for our health, but are still reluctant to use public facilities and group classes, hence why one local group in Toronto just started using Yoga “Domes”.
