Paul Harrison BSc is a meditation teacher in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, and creator of TheDailyMeditation.com
Paul has fifteen years’ experience in mindfulness and meditation. He started his training in Oxford, UK, and later continued training in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, learning from various courses, gurus, and books and attending lectures. He takes a holistic approach to meditation, teaching mindfulness, Buddhist methods, and modern approaches.
