With our online meditation lessons, you will learn to master your mind and take your meditation practice to the next level, all with private meditation teacher Paul M Harrison.
On this page, we will discuss how meditation lessons work, the benefits of taking lessons, why you should work with a private meditation teacher, rates, and more. Plus, you can book your own session.
When you take a meditation lesson with us, you get a one-to-one session with a leading expert in meditation. Essentially, you will be video chatting and meditating with meditation master Paul Harrison on Zoom or another platform of your choice. What happens from there is largely up to you.
Usually, you will speak to the teacher about your goals (for instance stopping stress, going further in meditation, or spiritual development). Then the teacher will create the solution (this could be as long as a 10-week course of meditation sessions or as quick as one single meditation session). You will then meditate with your teacher. And finally, afterward, there will be a quick discussion. This is what normally happens, but of course, it all depends on your goals.
You can decide exactly what you want to happen in your lesson and what you want to get out of it. But let’s discuss some of the popular options.
Master your mind: Many people take online meditation lessons to help with their minds. Let’s be real. We all have our challenges. Some people have stress, others anxiety, and others issues like OCD and ADHD. A private meditation lesson can help you to overcome whatever challenge you are facing.
Go further in meditation: The majority of people who take our personal meditation lessons have at least a little experience. Usually, they’ve done mindful breathing. And so, they have experienced the basics. But then they realise that meditation is in fact a huge topic and that there are many different elements of meditation that they have never even tried. They take our private meditation lessons to advance their practice to the next level and to get better at meditation.
Experience specific techniques: Some people are surprised to hear that there are many different meditation techniques. Most people have only ever done mindful breathing. But then they hear about powerful techniques like Merkaba, Kundalini, and Neti Neti, and they want to try it out. And so they take a private meditation lesson to experience these powerful techniques.
Spiritual development: Finally, a lot of people take our online meditation lessons for spiritual development. They want to learn all about Buddhist dharma, Kundalini awakening, and more. Many want to realise their true, spiritual self, and so we help them with this.

Why work with our private meditation teacher?
We’ll be upfront with you. If all you want to do is relax a little bit by doing mindful breathing then you absolutely do not need a private meditation teacher. You can do mindful breathing by yourself.
However, if you want to try more powerful techniques, achieve spiritual development, or become what we call a genuine meditator, then it is time to work with a professional.
Our teacher, Paul Harrison, is a world-renowned meditation teacher who has published four books on meditation and has been featured in countless publications. He is the perfect person for you to work with. See below to learn more about Paul.
How much do your meditation lessons cost?
The price for a thirty-minute private meditation session is $35. However, we also give lessons of different lengths depending on your needs. If you are looking for a session that is longer than 30 minutes, please contact us for details.
