Paul Harrison is a private meditation teacher with more than 20 years’ experience in mindfulness and meditation. He’s known for his ability to teach people of all ages and abilities to harness the power of the mind through genuine, authentic meditation.

Paul’s journey began when he started studying at Oxford. He learned from various gurus, courses, books, and lectures. And his passion for meditation has grown ever since.

Hi, and thanks for your interest in my meditation lessons.

I myself first started meditating around twenty years ago. And I can remember that I really had no clue what meditation is. I thought, as many beginner meditators do, that it is just watching the breath. Oh boy was I wrong.

It’s taken me twenty years to master this practice. And in that time I have learned so many things about it. I’ve learned hundreds of techniques ranging from Buddhist methods like Vipassana and Anapanasati to spiritual methods like Merkaba and Shinrin Yoku, to spiritual methods like Jon Kabat Zinn’s Body Scan and mindfulness. We understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a no-questions-asked refund policy to give you peace of mind.

If you need to, you may edit the time of your private meditation lesson up to twice. There is also no fee for cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your lesson will not be refunded.
