Paul has fifteen years’ experience in mindfulness and meditation. He started his training in Oxford, UK, and later continued training in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, learning from various courses, gurus, and books and attending lectures. He received his education principally at Stafford University. He now teaches meditation in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and online. He takes a holistic approach to meditation, and is trained in a wide range of techniques, including Vipassana, Anapanasati, Mindfulness, Chakra Dhyana, Dharana, Samadhi, and more.
Paul is the author of four books on meditation: Your Best Meditation; 30 Secrets To Spiritual Love; Welcome To Silence; and Zen & Now. He also works as a meditation guest speaker.
