Paul Harrison BSc is a meditation teacher in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, and the creator of TheDailyMeditation.com, and an author and guest speaker.

Paul has fifteen years’ experience in mindfulness and meditation. He started his training in Oxford, UK, and later continued training in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, learning from various courses, gurus, and books and attending lectures. He received his education principally at Stafford University. He now teaches meditation in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. He takes a holistic approach to meditation, teaching mindfulness, Buddhist methods, and modern approaches.
