In Today’s episode of The Daily Meditation podcast, I discuss combining yoga, meditation and Ayurveda with Kimberly Rossi from The Art of Living Foundation.

Kimberly Rossi is the Director of Business Development and a yoga expert with Art of Living Retreat Center and Shankara Ayurveda Wellness. She has been studying, practicing, and teaching Vedic Science -Ayurveda, Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation since 1998.

In this episode of The Daily Meditation podcast, Rossi explains the benefits of combining yoga, meditation and ayurveda.

Ayurveda is the oldest health system in the world and is very complex. However, you can use some simple ayurveda tips. For instance, you can practise mindful eating and make sure you sleep properly.

You can also combine yoga with ayurveda and meditation. Try practising some simple yoga poses (asanas) before meditating. This will help to calm your mind, making it easier to meditate.

As for meditation, Kimberly Rossi recommends two practices. Firstly, Alternative Nostril Breathing, a simple type of breath meditation, and Sahaj Samadhi.
