Ryan has a fascinating background. He was formerly a background dancer for Beyonce Knowles. Then his path took a change of direction after an injury. He got into meditation and now helps people with physiotherapy and mindful movement.
In this podcast interview, Ryan shares some excellent mindful movement exercises for beginners. These simple mindful movement exercises can help relieve knee and back pain when meditation (I also recommended buying a meditation chair).
As well as some simple mindful movement exercises, Ryan recommends being compassionate to your body. Listen to what your body is telling you and take a rest when your body needs one.
