Paul Harrison is a private meditation teacher with more than 20 years’ experience in mindfulness and meditation. He’s known for his ability to teach people of all ages and abilities to harness the power of the mind through genuine, authentic meditation.

Paul’s journey into meditation began when he started studying at Oxford, learning from various gurus, courses, books, and lectures. And his passion for meditation has grown ever since.
