CALGARY, Alberta, Marcs 4th. SolePath Institute is opening a new mindfulness retreat in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, the institute announced via a press release Wednesday.

The SolePath Institute is dedicate to helping people use mindfulness and meditation to  overcome stress. The Institute provides guidance for those searching for their path, in order to help them progress in their journey to a healthier and happier life.

Debra Ford, author of the mindfulness book Daily Pulse: Rhythm of the Tao will lead the new mindfulness retreat in Calgary. Ford holds a doctorate in metaphysical science and is a teacher of spiritual philosophy. She is also part of the Canadian Institute of Metaphysical Ministers.

The SolePath mindfulness retreat will focus on the principles of Tao meditation [READ: Taoist Meditations For Beginners]. As is one of the principle focuses of Tao, the retreat will focus on helping visitors to increase self awareness and discover their path to happiness with mindfulness lessons.

The institute promises that attendees will leave the retreat with a thorough understanding of the Tao. They will also receive divination cards, a divination book and a copy of Ford’s book. Visitors are recommended to bring a packed lunch although snacks will be provided.

The retreat will begin hosting in May and bookings are already open. Each retreat will cater for up to 30 people.
